Outstanding rare Thonet bentwood set featuring a 2-seater bench and two armchairs, crafted from beech and dating from the early 20th century. A highly decorative and unusual antique set.
This is an outstanding and rare antique Thonet bentwood set comprising a two-seater bench and two armchairs. The pieces are beautifully made from beech and are presented in clean, very good condition. The bench retains part of its original Thonet label, adding to its authenticity and appeal, while the decorative seats remain in good order. Dating from the early 20th century, this is a highly unusual and desirable set that is rarely seen on the market. The bench measures approximately 37 inches high, 50 inches wide and 20 inches deep, while the armchairs measure approximately 37 inches high, 26 inches wide and 18 inches deep. Collection is available, or delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. A reliable two-man delivery service is available, with early morning delivery possible if required.
