A superb Victorian Arts & Crafts writing desk by Hobbs of London, crafted from solid oak and presented in excellent condition after being recently repolished. It features a beautiful tooled leather writing surface, nine drawers including two upper drawers, all with original brass handles and hand-cut dovetail joints. This heavy, one-piece desk offers generous legroom and outstanding craftsmanship throughout. Dating from 1850–1900, it is a rare and highly collectible antique desk, ideal for a home office or study.
