Superb antique Arts & Crafts solid oak bookcase dating from approximately 1890–1920, featuring four sturdy shelves, excellent condition and timeless character. A strong, practical and stylish vintage storage piece.
This is an outstanding quality antique Arts & Crafts open bookcase, made from solid oak throughout and presented in excellent clean condition with no noticeable marks or colour fading. The bookcase features four sturdy shelves, two of which have original numbers inscribed, adding to its authentic period character. Dating from approximately 1890 to 1920, this is a genuine antique bookcase with a strong, heavy and sturdy construction that is ideal for displaying and storing a large collection of books. Its timeless oak finish and traditional Arts & Crafts design would complement both classic and contemporary interiors. The dimensions are approximately 51 inches high, 38 inches wide and 10 inches deep. Collection is available, or delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. We aim to deliver within 10 days of payment, with most deliveries carried out by our own two-man team. We also try to provide a convenient three-hour delivery window and keep customers informed of any unforeseen delays. Bubble wrapping is provided for most items at no extra cost, and a recommended courier may be used where necessary.
